Ingredients
4 servings
36 ozboneless skinless chicken breasts
raw, should yield 4 ~ 6 oz portions
2 cupscrushed tomatoes
less than 5 g carbs per 1/2 cup serving, I used a 28 oz can but measured out 1/2 cup to eat per serving
½ tspitalian seasoning
1 tspBasil
¼ tsponion powder
2 clovesgarlic
2 TbspGrated Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken in a slow cooker. Combine all the other ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve with 1/2 cup sauce.
Step 2
***serve with 2 more greens of your choice for a complete L&G meal*** (would be super yummy over zoodles or spaghetti squash!)
