Step 1
place chicken into the crockpot
Step 2
combine mango, lime juice, lime peel, amaretto and rosemary in a large bowl
Step 3
carefully pour sauce over chicken making sure to get all around the edges
Step 4
cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours

Step 5
combine water and cornstarch
Step 6
stir cornstarch liquid into remaining sauce after cooking
Step 7
wait 15 mins or until sauce has thickened and pour over chicken
