Instructions

Step 1
Line a loaf with parchment paper. In a medium bowl combine all the cookie dough ingredients. Press it down into the loaf pan using your hands until evenly packed. Place in the fridge and set aside.
Step 2
In a separate medium bowl, mix the ingredients for the salted caramel. Add it to the layer of cookie dough, levelling it with a spoon. Set in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil or butter and add on top of the set layer of salted caramel. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
