For French Toast

1banana

1 cupcoconut milk

1 tspvanilla extract

¼ tspnutmeg

½ tspcinnamon

1 ½ tsparrowroot
or flour

8slices whole grain bread
For the raspberry syrup
Instructions
To make French Toast
Step 1
Set oven for 250F
Step 2
Mash banana in bowl and mix in coconut milk, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and arrowroot


Step 3
Dip slices of bread in banana mixture. Lay the dipped slices on 13x9 baking dish. Don't stack slices. Pour any remaining banana mixture over the slices of bread. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

To make raspberry syrup
Step 4
Mash raspberries or process berries and add water or juice and make sure both ingredients are fully incorporated
