Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C.

2. Slice both brioche buns in half and scoop out the inside of the bottom part.

3. Spread 1 tsp of tomato sauce on each bottom bun and divide half of the grated mozzarella cheese between them.

4. Add 3 slices of turkey salami on each and cover with the remaining mozzarella on top.

5. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out the middle of the top bun.

6. Cover the bottom bun with the top bun and crack in one egg.
Step 7
7. Season with salt and pepper to your liking and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your preference.
