Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your waffle iron, spray with non stick cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon.








Step 3

In a medium bowl beat only the egg whites with a stand mixer/whisk until stiff peaks form. Set aside



Step 4

In a separate mixing bowl mix together the egg yolks, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.






Step 5
Add the egg yolk mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 6

Then fold in the egg whites.











Step 7

Pour the batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook according to the directions with the waffle maker.

Step 8

Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
