Step 1
In a mixing bowl combine 1 lb of ground venison with 1Tablespoon each of - Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Sea Salt, and Black Pepper & 1 Teaspoon each of cayenne pepper and paprika - After combined let the ground meat sit in the fridge for one hour.
Step 2
In your favorite Cast Iron with some oil sear your Jalapenos until they have some good color then pull them off and let them cool. After Cooled split your Jalapenos down one side and de-vein.
Step 3
To Assemble the eggs place a half of a cheese stick in each jalapeno and pack the ground meat around each Jalapeno until it's fully covered, then proceed with wrapping each egg with one piece of your favorite thick-cut bacon.
Step 4
Place eggs in the freezer for 20 mins so they can firm up, meanwhile set your smoker, BBQ Pit, or oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 5
Pull eggs out of the freezer and place on your preferred cooking device for 2 hours or until the internal temp is close to 150-160 degrees then you can slice and enjoy!
