Banana Bread 4 Ways
• For chocolate swirl banana bread, equally separate batter into two bowls then mix in 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 2/3 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup olive oil to one of the bowls. Then spoon chocolate and plain batter alternatively into the loaf pan, swirling batter with a knife
• For cinnamon swirl banana bread, mix together 2 tbsp white sugar and 1/2 tbsp cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar mixture and then swirl with a knife
• For maple pecan banana bread, add 2/3 cup chopped pecans and 4 tbsp maple syrup to the batter
