Step 1
In a pan take 2 spoons of ghee and toast the dry fruits and keep aside
Step 2
In the same pan with leftover ghee toast the Samia till they turn light brown
Step 3
In a deep vessel, bring the water and milk to boil. Add the toasted Samia to boiled milk water mixture
Step 4
Mix well and add sugar and elaichi powder and let it cook on medium flame. Stir constantly.
Step 5
Finally add dry fruits serve
