Step 1
n a bowl combine the Huel, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine and add the chocolate chips and toss to coat.

In another bowl, combine sugar, oil and water and whisk until the sugar has incorporated into the oil and the mixture is smooth (about 1-2 min)

Add the flour mix to sugar mix and stir until combined - add a dash more water if necessary to combine.
Step 4
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 5
Using an ice cream scoop, spoon the mixture onto the tray
Step 6
Freeze the cookies on the pans until ready to bake.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 180C and bake until the edges are just starting to turn golden - about 14 to 17 mins. Place the baking sheet on a cooling rack.
