Instructions

Step 1
Peel a medium potatoe and cut it in cubes and boil it.
Step 2
In a bowl add flour, sugar, yeast, olive oil, salt melted butter

When the potato bis tender remove water and mash it and add with the mixture.

Add a few water that needs to be between 45 & 50 deg.

As soon as the dough comes together keep it going in the Kenwood.

Leave it aside to rise for 1hr
Step 7
On a baking paper but some oil and put the dough on it and leave it to rise for another hour.

After the 1 hr passed press with your finger the dough.

In a glass make 2 fingers olive oil and 1 finger water
Step 10
Put the mixture on the dough and add rosemary and salt.
Step 11
Put in the oven on temp 180 fan untill it's cooked.
Step 12
In air fryer 160 deg 30min with preheating is included in the 40 min. During cooking you might need to flip the focaccia so it will be cooked from below
