For dough
Step 1
Use pastry cutter to blend cream cheese, butter, & flour into a dough.

Step 2
Pinch off pieces into 1 inch dough balls.
Step 3
Spray mini muffin tins with cooking spray.

Step 4
Put dough balls into mini muffin tin cups (pressing firmly into corners and edges with floured tart press.) Don't overflow the edges with dough.
Filling
Step 5
Combine sugar, vanilla, melted butter, eggs, & nuts with a fork.
Step 6
Fill dough cups in tins about 3/4 full (approximately 1 tsp). (Don't overfill with filling.)
Baking
Step 7
Put in oven (heated to 350) for 30 minutes.
