Instructions

Step 1
Simmer cranberry juice and sugar in a nonaluminum saucepan over low-medium heat for about 10 minutes,stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat.

Add pineapple juice and club soda

Let the mixture cool to room temperature,then pour juice into a bottle, cover and refrigerate until cold.
Step 5
To make vanilla green tea ice cream, mix the powdered green tea and ice cream in a blender until thoroughly combined.
Step 6
Pour pineapple-cranberry juice mixture into glass serving cups, and top each serving with a scoop of the vanilla green tea ice cream
