Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F.

Step 2
Rub pork with 1/2 Tbsp oil and paprika. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Please on a lightly greased large rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3
Toss potatoes with 1/2 Tbps oil and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Scatter around pork on the pan.
Step 4
Bake 10 min turning pork and potatoes after 10 min.
Step 5
Meanwhile, toss togehter broccoli and 1/2 tbsp oil. Add to baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes longer until pork is done and vegetables are tender. Let pork stan 10 min before slicing.
Step 6
Ganrish with fresh parsley if desired.
