Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 160C (fan or 180C non fan).
Step 2
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Beat in the eggs, don't worry if it curdles.
Step 4
Gently stir in the flour and baking powder
Step 5
Remove about a third of the mixture into another bowl and add the 150g of Nutella. Gently stir in until combined.
Step 6
Put the two thirds of the batter into a well greased and lined cake tin and add the Nutella flavoured batter.
Step 7
Using a spoon gently do some swirls on the loaf starting from the top to the bottom. Don't over mix it.
Step 8
Bake the loaf cake for about 1 hour.
Step 9
Leave it to cool down completely. For the topping, spread Nutella and decorate with hazelnuts.
