Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan and line a 12-hole muffin tin with cases
Step 2
Measure out flour, baking powder and salt into large bowl
Step 3
Mix butter, egg and milk in a jug
Step 4
Add cheese, basil leaves and olives to the dry ingredients and mix well
Step 5
Pour in the wet ingredients and tomato paste and stir everything together
Step 6
Divide the mixture between the muffin cases and bake in the oven for 18-20 mins
