Ingredients

2 lbschicken wings

chipotle seasoning
to taste

1roasted red bell pepper

0.5onion
small, roasted

6garlic cloves

¼ cupparsley

salt

pepper
to taste

2 tspsmoked paprika

1 tsporegano

1 tsprosemary

4green thai chilies

2dried red chilies

2bay leaves

½ cupolive oil

¼ cupwhite vinegar

1lemon
juiced

1 tsphoney

Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat grill 350 F.
Step 2
Place all ingredients except butter in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Place wings in a resealable ziplock and pour some of the marinade. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight for best flavor results.
Step 4
Remove wings from marinade and shake excess off. Discard marinade.
Step 5
Grill wings until minimum internal temp 165 F. I like mine well done at 190 F.
Step 6
Bring remaining sauce to a boil.
Step 7
Place wings in a bowl and top with butter and Peri Peri sauce. Toss to coat.
Step 8
Plate wings and garnish with Thai chilies.
Step 9
Combine some sauce with mayo for dipping.
