Ingredients

8 ouncescream cheese
softened
1 cupsour cream
0.5sweet onion
1 bagfrozen spinach
thawed
½ cupartichoke hearts
coarsely chopped
5 clovesfresh garlic
minced
1 ½ teaspoonssalt
1 tablespoonground black pepper
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
2 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoonparsley
fresh, chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté the spinach and onion Let cool, then drain out all the excess liquids.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Coat a small baking dish with cooking oil spray

Step 3
Place the cream cheese, sour cream, cooked spinach and onion, artichoke hearts, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
Step 4
Spread the spinach mixture into your prepared dish. Top with remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese is melted. Turn the oven to broil and cook for 2-3 more minutes or until cheese starts to brown.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley, then serve immediately with tortilla chips or baguette chips.
