Instructions

Step 1
Used an oven pan and add your Brie cheese. Make sure they are spaced enough so you can out the grapes in between them. I like to add some horizontal and vertical cuts on the top of my brie cheese (so the inside can melt evenly). Add your grapes around the brie cheese (leave the top of the Brie free). Add your walnut around the grapes (still keep your brie cheese top alone) Drizzle some olive oil on your brie. Top it off with Black pepper and Salt to your taste.
Step 2
Bake in the oven for 25 mins at 400 degrees
Step 3
Bring out the pan from the oven. Now you’re gonna drizzle your honey all over your brie and add some thyme (dried or fresh, up to you). With a fork and spoon start breaking your brie cheese and mixing it with the grapes and walnuts (Don’t worry the grapes should still be nice and firm). Add you’re pre-made pasta. After you brie is evenly spread, add your mozzarella (you can substitute with Parmesan). Add more crushed walnuts at the top of your cheese. Put back in the oven for 6 minutes.
