Instructions

Step 1
Cut the top off the peppers and clean out the seeds and membrane
Step 2
Mix the 1 pack of cream cheese and season with the green Chile bacon rub (to taste) and 1 cup of cheese

Add the cream cheese to each pepper as a base coat. Then stuff the left over pulled pork (or any meat you want to substitute it with)
Step 5
Wrap each pepper tight with the thin cut (cheap bacon) season the outside of the bacon once it’s wrapped around the pepper.
Step 6
Start smoker and get the temp up to 350 degrees.
Step 7
Add peppers to smoker and cook until the bacon is fully cooked.
Step 8
Remove and enjoy!
