Instructions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl mash 3 ripe bananas with a whisk
Step 2
In order, combine and mix eggs, yoghurt, vanilla, butter and syrup
Step 3
Add in dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms
Step 4
Take chocolate morsels and melt them in a medium mixing bowl in the microwave on defrost function or at 30 second intervals on normal power until melted
Step 5
Add 3/4 cup of the batter to the melted chocolate and fold in until all chocolate is incorporated
Step 6
Layer half of remaining batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan then add 3 separate tablespoons of the chocolate batter on top then repeat the process one more time
Step 7
Use a chopstick or a knife to swirl in the two batters
Step 8
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and let fully cool for 45 minutes
