Brown ground beef and drain

Add water, potatoes, carrots, onion, green peppers, jalapeno, garlic, salt, bouillon to the meat in a crock pot

Cook for a few hours on high

Make the faux roux by adding the cornstarch and milk cold, and heating it up.
