i used fine coconut sugar

½ tspxanthan gum
this is in addition to the xanthan gum in the flour blend

½ tspbaking soda

1 cupsalted butter
divided, place the butter in the freezer for 15 minutes before using

1 cupsour cream
chilled

4 Tbspwater
ice, or as needed

1 lbsirloin steak
thinly sliced

0.75 lbyukon gold potatoes
peeled and cut into 1/4 inch size cubes

1yellow onion
medium, diced

1rutabaga
small, peeled and cut into small cubes
