Instructions

Bagel

Step 1
Cut the bagel in half.
Step 2
Widen the hole in the top half of the bagel by pushing the dough outwards.
Step 3
Sprinkle the cheese onto the baking tray in 2 portions.
Step 4
Place the bagel halves cut-side down on the cheese.
Step 5
Then crack the egg into the hole in the top half of the bagel and season it.
Step 6
Bake the bagel halves in the oven at 150 degrees top/bottom heat for approx. 5 minutes.
Step 7
Top the bottom half of the bagel with the cream cheese, lettuce and turkey ham.
Step 8
Finally, place the other half of the bagel on top and enjoy!

Cottage cheese

Chop the parsley.

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
