Cuban Sliders
¼ C olive oil
1 (12-oz) pkg Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
4 oz thinly sliced deli ham
4 oz thinly sliced deli pork
6 (1 oz) Swiss cheese slices
3 TBS yellow mustard
½ C chopped dill pickles
¼ C melted butter
Do not separate rolls - cut connected rolls in half horizontally to create top and bottom.
Spread olive oil in jelly roll pan. Lay in bottom half of rolls. Layer on ham, pork and Swiss. Spread chopped pickles over cheese. Spread mustard on cut side of top half of rolls, place on top to make large sandwich.
Brush butter on top of rolls. Cover with foil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, remove foil, cook 5 minutes more. Cheese should be melted. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into 12 sliders.
Note: Prepare ahead of time and let sit in fridge for 1 hour to overnight. Let warm to R.T. before cooking.
Ham and Cheese Sliders – omit pork + pickles, mustard is optional.
