Instructions

Step 1
Heat a pan, dry roast peanuts for 4 -5 minutes in medium heat
Step 2
Cool and remove skin. Grind to a coarse powder
Step 3
Grease a plate or tray with Ghee (clarified butter) or oil and keep aside. Keep cardamom powder ready
Step 4
Cook jaggery in a pan with a spoonful of Ghee (clarified butter) till it slightly melts.
Step 5
Add ground peanut and cook till the mixture thickness. Stirring continuously
Step 6
Turn off gas. Add green cardamom powder and mix well
Step 7
Spread onto the greased plate or tray and smoothen the surface.
Step 8
When slightly cooled, cut into square and store
