Step 1
1) Set oven at 350
2) slightly cook the crust for a few minutes then take out the crust
3) In a mixing bowl, beat 4 eggs.
4) Mix in 1 cup of half and half, and ¾ cup of milk.
5) Stir in ¼ teaspoon salt
6) In separate bowl, have 1- 1 ½ cup of shredded cheese (whatever kind you like), and mix in 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour (I used Wondra btw). 7) Stir the separate bowl in the mixture.
8) Chop the onions (I use maya) and mix them into the mixture
9) Pour the mixture into the pie crusts
10) Put the uncooked quiches into the oven for about an hour. Check by inserting a toothpick in the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, the quiche is ready.
