Step 1
Cut squash, oil, salt, pepper and place face down on parchment lined baking sheet. Baked squash @375 for 35-40 minutes. Scoop the squash and mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Spray patties with cooking oil and broil 5 min each side. Or, you can air fry
