Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark
Step 2
Melt the honey and coconut oil together in a small saucepan over a gentle heat.
Step 3
Meanwhile, scatter the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds over a large baking tray.
Step 4
Pour over the honey mixture and mix to coat well.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes so that it browns evenly.
Step 6
Remove the tray from the oven and leave to cool.
Step 7
Store in a glass jar for up to 3 months.
Step 8
Add dried fruit, yoghurt and berries to serve.
