Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13 glass baking dish with Pam.
Step 2
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Mix seasoning mix and flour in plastic bag. Place half of chicken in bag and toss to coat. Remove from bag, shaking off excess seasoning. Repeat with remaining chicken. Set aside.
Step 3
In microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Set aside.
Step 4
Place Tortilla chips in clean plastic bag. Close bag and crush chips into crumbs using your hands or a rolling pin.
Step 5
One at a time, dip seasoned chicken into butter and then into Tortilla crumbs. Place into baking dish side by side.
Step 6
Bake 15 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven for 10 min or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
