Ingredients

2 lbschicken breast
thinly sliced
1red bell pepper
sliced
1yellow bell pepper
sliced
1green bell pepper
sliced
1onion
medium, sliced
3garlic cloves
minced
3 Tbspavocado oil
1 ½ tsponion powder
1 ½ tspsmoked paprika
1 tspchili powder
½ tspchipotle chili powder
1 ½ tspground cumin
1chicken bouillon cube
crushed
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
1lime
halved
1 cshredded monterey jack
flour tortillas

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. 1. Place chicken and vegetables on large lipped baking sheet. Add seasoning and oil and toss to coat evenly.
Step 2
2. Place lime halves cut side up in middle of baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
Step 3
3. Wrap tortillas in moist paper towels then in aluminum foil and place in corner of baking sheet. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese over fajitas and bake until cheese is melted and tortillas are warm.
Step 4
4. Serve with favorite toppings.
