Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Combine flour and salt and set aside

Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
Step 4
Spray 9 x 5 loaf pan or small bundt pan with baking spray

Chop chocolate in small pieces
Step 6
Boil water and pour over chocolate and stir till melted

Stir in cocoa and let cool.

Add cocoa mixture to butter, beat till combined

Add eggs, one of a time and mix well after each
Step 10
Stir in flour a little at the time and mix till just combined.
Step 11
Pour into pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes.

Let cool completely

Make ganache. Heat cream to simmer and pour over chocolate and mix till all chocolate is melted. Set aside and let thicken. Spread over cake when cake is cooled.
