* I would recommend using a small food processor or a blender to froth. Handheld frothers aren't typically strong enough due to the condensed milk and pumpkin purée.
* 2% milk works best in this recipe.
* this recipe makes 2 servings of cream. Store one serving in an airtight container in the refrigerator for next use. It's best not to froth before storing.

Step 1
Mix all of your ingredients in a small/medium bowl. Cold Ingredients work much better
Step 2
Pour half of your mixture into a blender/ personal food processor and froth to your desired thickness. Store the other half of un frothed cream in an airtight container in the refrigerator and save for your next pumpkin cream cold brew.
Step 3
Pour directly on top of iced cold brew
