Instructions
Step 1
Add the flour, baking Soda and salt into a large bowl and mix till combine
Step 2
In a small bowl add the butter and milk
Step 3
Melt in the microwave for 30-40 seconds and mix well
Step 4
Add vanilla extract, monk fruit and coconut sugar into the melted ingredients and whisk till combined.
Step 5
Pour wet into dry and add chocolate chips of choice.
Step 6
Stir with a spatular until you have a even dough. Note: your dough should be on the softer side.
Step 7
Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes and preheat oven to 160C (325F)

Step 8
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and after cookie dough is cold enough to handle, take out of the fridge and roll into a ball, flatten, and place evenly on the tray. Note: these will not flatten in the oven.
Step 9
Bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes. it’s ok if the cookies are slightly soft, they will cook and harden as they cool.
