Instructions

Step 1
Freeze steak for 30 minutes so that it is easier to slice.
Step 2
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, corn starch, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.
Step 3
Cut steak against the grain into thin strips.
Step 4
In a pan over medium heat add the peppers and onions. Cook 5-6 minutes until softened. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 5
Add the steak into that same pan and cook 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and wipe down pan.
Step 6
Add peppers, onion, steak back into the pan. Add sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
