Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with foil, spray foil with oil
Step 2
Place pita on baking sheet- add mozzarella cheese followed by shredded chicken, caramelized onions, a drizzle of bbq sauce and the shredded cheese.
Step 3
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese bubbles.
Step 4
Top with more bbq sauce, ranch and parsley. Slice and enjoy!
