Simple 4 ingredients recipe. This also works with tri-tip. I use Pittboss competition blend wood pellets.

garlic powder

Black Pepper Course Ground

Butter Flavored Oil

3 lbsTop Sirloin Cap

seasoning salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat smoker to 250°
Step 2
Spray Pichanna with butter spray add Lawry's seasoning salt, garlic powder and coarse ground pepper. Let come to room temperature if possible. I let mine set seasoned for 2 hours. Smoke until internal is 135° internal or your preferred temperature.
Step 3
Open sear grate and sear the pichanna until you get the color you like.
Step 4
Rest for 20 minutes the slice into steaks.
