Instructions

Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pot and add 2 cloves of garlic and chilli flake. Once garlic is just brown, add tinned tomato and jar of Passata. Season with oregano, thyme, basil, salt and pepper then bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 20-30 mins before adding your meatballs
Step 2
Mix all meatball ingredients together in a bowl and form into balls with your hands, I made 10.
Step 3
Sear meatballs on all sides until golden brown before adding to the sauce and cooking for 1-1 1/2 hours over low heat
