Instructions

Step 1
Stir coconut milk in a large skilled to heat up. Add butter and cook over medium-high heat until butter melts, stirring occassionally, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Add parmesan and mozzarella and whisk in until thoroughly melted. Add the nutmeg and salt and pepper.
Step 3
Once mixture is smooth, add cream cheese and whisk.
Step 4
When all sauce is combined, remove from heat and toss with pasta on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Plate and sprinkle with garnish.
