Instructions

Step 1
Cut off the crust and roll each slice of bread until they are very thin.
Step 2
Working with one bread at a time, spread 1tsp tomato sauce on top if the bread, then place about 6 spinach leaves on the one side of the bread, top with 1tbsp mozzarella cheese and roll it up.
Step 3
Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper to the bowl, and whisk until combined.
Step 4
For the egg wash combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Dip each roll into the egg wash. Spray the air fryer with cooking spray and then transfer the rolls to the air fryer. Cook for 10-12 minutes at 200C.
Step 5
Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
