Preheat oven to 350

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper

Make ganache. In small boiler heat cream to light boil. Pour over chocolate, let sit for two minutes and whisk till smooth, it will be runny but will set up while cookies are baking

Beat butter and sugar till smooth
Step 5
In small bowl break up whole egg. Add egg white. Add egg a little at the time and mis well. Add extracts and milk
Step 6
Mix flour and salt and add a little at a time till mixed well.
Step 7
Pipe onto baking sheets with large round tip about finger length.
Step 8
Chill for 15 to 20 minutes
Step 9
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till lightly browned.
Step 10
Cool and spread ganache between two cookies when ganache is set up.
