Step 1
Purchase the bananas about 4 days prior to baking. Mash the bananas with the eggs and the melted butter. Combine in a separate bowl the flour, sugar, soda, and salt. Then mix everything together and bake in a bread loaf pan on middle rack at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
