Instructions
Step 1
Take turkey out of freezer 2 days in advance if frozen.
Step 2
Slice apple and onion and put into cavity of turkey
Step 3
Mix butter, sage, thyme, and rosemary together. (Butter is NOT melted)
Step 4
Rub butter, sage, thyme, and rosemary mixture into turkey under the skin
Step 5
Place turkey into fridge overnight
Step 6
Take turkey out of fridge and place in bag
Step 7
Place turkey, still in bag, in a 9x13 pan.
Step 8
Inject turkey with a butter and garlic mix. (Butter is melted)
Step 9
Cook turkey in oven at 350⁰ for 2.5-3 hours
