Instructions
Apple pie filling
Step 1
Dice the apple
Step 2
Add the apple, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Heat the butter in a small pot. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the apple mixture and fry for about 2min stirring occasionally.

Pure in the water and stir well. Reduce the heat to medium and let everything cook for about 5min

Mix the corn starch with 2 tbsp water. Add it to the apple mixture and stir well. Let the apple pie filling thicken for 1,5-2min.
Burrito
Step 6
Place the apple pie filling on the front center of the wrap.
Step 7
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 8
Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the burrito and fry for about 1min on each side until cripsy and golden brown! Enjoy!
