Instructions

Step 1
Get a baking pan and oil it with the coconut oil.
Step 2
Take your sugar, water. And honey and add them into a small pot. Place over medium heat.
Step 3
Stir the ingredients constantly until the sugar dissolves completely. Then, put a cover on the pan and let it come to a boil.
Step 4
Once boiling, take off heat and let cool for a minute. Then, add the vanilla and stir thoroughly.
Step 5
Then, quickly pour the mixture onto the baking pan. Use a rubber spatula to spread out and mix into a rectangular shape (it does not need to cover the entire baking pan).
Step 6
Let it cool part way. You will know its part way cooled when you can place your hand on it and feel the heat, but its still sticky. At this point, take a knife and made indents across the sugar, making squares. Do not cut through the sugar completely.
Step 7
Let it cool for another hour at room temperature. After that, pry the sugar off the baking pan and snap it when you cut it with the knife. It should break easily. Eat and enjoy!!
Step 8
(BONUS!!) If you take a toothpick or a small butter knife, you can carve letters into the squares while they are still warm.
