Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the nectarines.
Step 2
Heat the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the nectarines, sugar and vanilla extract. Fry for 1-1,5min.
Step 3
Add 5tbsp of water and let simmer for 2 more minutes.
Step 4
Mix 1 tbsp water with the corn starch and add to the nectarines. Mix well and let simmer for another 3min on low heat.
Step 5
Top the front center of the wrap with the nectarine pie filling.
Step 6
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 7
Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the burrito and fry for about 1min on each side until cripsy and golden brown! Enjoy!
