Instructions
Step 1
Press tofus for anywhere between 1 and 4 hours. Can be done with traditional tofu press, or between two cutting boards with a weight on-top such as stacking pots, preferably cast iron.
Step 2
Cut tofu into preferred size
Step 3
Whisk all of the Sesame oil, Rice vinegar, Soy sauce, and Sriracha sauce in a mixing bowl.
Step 4
Optional: Marinate and refrigerate the tofu in the mixture anywhere between 1 and 4 hours. Make sure all tofu is properly coated.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 425 Fahrenheit
Step 6
Optional: Coat the tofu with corn starch for extra crispiness.
Step 7
Coat the tofu in sauces
Step 8
Place tofu on wired baking sheet and place in over for 30-40 minutes. Pull out and flip all tofu, and cook again for 30-40 minutes.
