0.5yellow onion
diced
3 stalkscelery
diced
8 ozbaby Portobello mushrooms
diced
1 cupfrozen peas
2 x 5.5 ozTuna
cans
1 x 11 ozcan cream of mushroom soup
1 cubevegetable bouillon
3 cups boiling water
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions, celery, mushrooms and garlic in oil in 13x9 oven proof pan or Dutch oven. Add tuna when vegetables are softened. Add bouillon cube to one cup of boiling water, dissolve. Stir into soup, whisk till lump free and pour over tuna mixture. Add rest of water and uncooked noodles. If more liquid is needed to cover noodles, add milk or water. Cover, let cook for 30 min. Uncover, add peas. Place uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20 min until liquid has evaporated. May add cheese to top and brown if desired.
