Step 1
Drain liquid from salsa and set liquid aside.
Step 2
Brown 1 lb ground beef. Add 1 packet of taco seasoning (or 1/4 cup of homemade taco seasoning) and half of a 10 oz can (or 1/2 cup) of enchilada sauce. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Add 1 can refried beans and drained liquid from salsa and stir to combine.
Step 4
Combine cream cheese and sour cream with 2 tbsp taco seasoning.
Step 5
Pour beef and bean mixture into three medium (2 lb) loaf pans. Pour sour cream mixture over the top, then guacamole, then drained salsa, then shredded cheese, then top with green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
