Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and lemon zest. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry mixture. Mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. While the loaf is baking, make the lemon glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Once the loaf is done, remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes. Then, remove from the pan and transfer to a wire rack. While the loaf is still warm, drizzle the lemon glaze over the top. Let the loaf cool completely before slicing.
